EME Elektro-Metall (EME) is the world’s leading manufacturer of electromechanical actuators, control unit, switches (pressure and temperature) and Joysticks for aircraft and defense applications. EME’s covers the entire product life cycle from R&D to prototyping and qualification to manufacture. EME is also focused on Electrics such as aircraft wiring harnesses and other wiring equipments. HarcoSemco supplies the commercial, business, military jet, rotor and spacecraft markets with Thermocouple, Cable Harness, and Sensor solutions for both on engine and on airframe applications. We are a preferred supplier/partner to many major turbine engine and airframe manufacturers throughout world and have been in business for over 60 years. HarcoSemco has overall expertise in design, development, testing and production of Thermocouples, Cable Harnesses and Sensors that meet and exceed customer application needs. The recently merged HarcoSemco business is an integration of two industry leading suppliers to aerospace manufacturers. Harco has seen great success in innovating advanced manufacturing techniques in the design and fabrication of RTD temperature sensors, thermocouple probes and harnesses, speed and pressure sensors, and interconnect cable-harness assemblies. Semco Instruments has supplied the commercial, business, military jet, rotor and spacecraft markets for seven decades. Semco has shipped an impressive 70,000 parts worldwide, consisting of cable harnesses, thermocouple sensors, speed sensors and aerospace heaters.
HarcoSemco has three manufacturing locations in North America (Connecticut, California, and Nogales, Mexico) and is ISO9001-2009 & AS9100 certified. The HarcoSemco business has two FAA and EASA certified repair stations and the business maintains NADCAP welding & brazing certification along with a number of other quality and engineering approvals.
